反對市區重建局 H19 發展計劃

市建局 H19 重建項目將在堅道以北、鄰 近 蘇豪區和荷李活道 警察宿舍的士丹頓街、必列者士街 一帶興建高樓大廈，計劃包括：
- 在鴨巴甸街及士丹頓街交界旁邊興建一座 28 層住宅
- 在具歷史價值的必列者士街街市上蓋興建一座大型 29 層住宅、低層為商業 / 零售用途
- 保留士丹頓街 88-90 號唐樓，在後方 建一座 8 層的商業 / 住宅樓宇
- 拆卸大部份永利街上的低密度唐樓，興建大廈私人會所及商舖

Make an Objection to the H19 URA Development (Application no.: A/ H3/381)
The H19 Development is an Urban Renewal Authority (URA) high-rise development situated just below Caine Road and close to SOHO and across the road from the historic former Queen's College site on Bridges Street. The URA proposes to:
- Build a 2 8 -storey residential block (Tower 3) on the corner of Aberdeen St & Staunton St.
- Build a 29-storey commercial/residential block (Tower 1) above the existing historic Bridges Street Market.
- The façade of the old building at 8 8-90 Staunton Street will be retained and a 8-storey residential & commercial facility will be built.
- The intact low-rise tong lau tenament housing on Wing Lee Street will be demolished and replaced with a clubhouse and commercial facilities.
